Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor. His first appearance on television, Evans played characters like Opposite and sex during 2000. Following appearances in several teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he became famous for his portrayal of Marvel Comics character the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has continued to be featured in movies based on comic books like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) Snowpiercer The Snowpiercer(2013). The film gained him more recognition due to his portrayal of Steve Rogers / Captain America in a variety of Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War and the ensemble films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019).
